Cut and fit two oak steps to the existing staircase (including chipping out the top level step to ensure new step sits level). Customer to supply oak floorboards for cutting and fitting.
Supply and fix wood/MDF strip to right-hand side of mirror/fireplace in lounge, to match the opposite side and create a symmetrical finish.
Supply and fix small section of wood/MDF to right-hand side of door frame opposite fireplace, to close existing gap.
Cut, supply, and fit new 3–4 cm thick oak window ledge to replace existing one. (Note: previous meter cupboard door works omitted as per customer’s request.)
Full painting works to include:
• All three internal lounge-side doors
• Lounge window frame
• Insides of bookcases either side of fireplace
• Woodwork and walls leading up to the first-floor hall.
