If the customer cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, the booking deposit is non-refundable as it covers the reserved appointment.

No VAT or hidden charges will be added.
Moving lightweight furniture (such as bedside cabinets) to vacuum behind is included where it is safe to do so.
Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins.
