These terms explain who can participate, which referrals qualify and how affiliate rewards are calculated and paid.
Participation is subject to approval. We may refuse or end participation where a person’s conduct, content or audience could damage customers, legal compliance or the T D Everything brand.
A referral must be new to T D Everything, attributable to the affiliate, accepted by us, completed and paid in full. Existing enquiries, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, cancelled work, refunded work and fraudulent leads do not qualify.
Materials, VAT if it later applies, third-party costs, finance charges, refunds and goodwill adjustments are excluded from reward calculations.
Approved rewards are normally paid after the customer has paid in full and any applicable refund or cancellation risk has passed. The affiliate is responsible for their own tax records and declarations.
Affiliates must clearly label promotional content, for example “Ad” or “Affiliate”, where required. They must not use spam, misleading urgency, false testimonials, unauthorised paid-search adverts, fake reviews or the branding in a way that suggests employment or legal authority.
Do not send unnecessary personal information. The safest referral is for the customer to contact T D Everything directly and identify the affiliate. Any customer details shared must be provided lawfully and with appropriate permission.
We may update future reward rates with notice. Accrued valid rewards remain subject to these terms. We may withhold or recover rewards linked to fraud, chargebacks, misleading promotion or breach.
