A clear process for raising concerns and giving T D Everything a fair opportunity to investigate and put matters right.
Email tdeverythinguk@gmail.com with the customer name, property, quotation or invoice reference, what happened, relevant dates, photographs and the outcome sought.
We aim to acknowledge a formal complaint within three working days and identify the person handling it. Complex or safety-related matters may require an inspection or information from a subcontractor or supplier.
We will review the accepted scope, communications, site records, photographs and payments. Where inspection is reasonably required, the customer should allow suitable access before arranging third-party remedial work except where urgent action is necessary for safety.
We aim to provide a written outcome within 15 working days. If more time is genuinely required, we will explain why and give an updated target date. Possible outcomes include explanation, corrective work, a revised programme, an appropriate adjustment or no action where the complaint is not supported.
If the customer remains dissatisfied, they can request a director review. Nothing in this process removes consumer rights or prevents a customer seeking independent advice.
We expect respectful communication from everyone. Threats or abuse may require communication to be kept in writing. Gas leaks, electrical danger, fire, flooding or immediate risk should be reported to the appropriate emergency service or network first.
Contact T D Everything before booking or agreeing work if anything is unclear.
