T D Everything expects lawful, respectful and transparent working practices from its own team and the businesses it engages.
We do not knowingly tolerate forced labour, trafficking, illegal child labour, withheld identity documents or coercive recruitment in our operations or supply chain.
Employment, self-employment and subcontracting arrangements should reflect the real relationship, with agreed duties, rates, payment terms, safety expectations and tax treatment.
Relevant identity and right-to-work checks are completed where required. Information is requested and stored proportionately under our privacy obligations.
We may ask partners to confirm insurance, competence, labour standards and lawful sourcing. Serious concerns can lead to suspension or termination of the relationship.
Workers and partners should report suspected exploitation, unsafe work, wage abuse or unlawful conduct to management. Genuine concerns should be handled sensitively and without retaliation.
This commitment will develop with the size, contracts and risk profile of the business. If statutory reporting requirements later apply, the appropriate formal statement will be produced.
Contact T D Everything before booking or agreeing work if anything is unclear.
