Our standard cleaning rate is £20 per hour. The guide below shows typical previous job totals; the final price is agreed once we know the property size, condition, access, frequency and any extras required.

Fortnightly & monthly
from £65 per visitTypical fortnightly work around 2 hours. Larger or 3-bedroom homes have been £80 per visit.
Weekly Gold clean
£90 per visitFor a more comprehensive regular clean with the agreed priority areas and visit length.
Initial deep clean
from £300For a full reset clean before an ongoing service. Scope is confirmed first and a booking deposit may apply.
End-of-tenancy clean
from £295Priced after photos or a visit, based on bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, access and required result.

What is included? General cleaning is agreed before booking and can cover dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces and full bathroom cleaning. We confirm the visit duration, access and products/equipment arrangements in writing.
