Plans run for a 12-month minimum term unless the written agreement states otherwise. Fees are paid monthly in advance.
Hours apply to one named property, are scheduled subject to capacity and do not roll over, transfer or convert to cash.
Parts, paint, consumables, skips, parking, plant hire, scaffolding, permits and professional fees are not included unless written into your plan.
Structural work, gas, regulated electrical work, asbestos, major roofing, drainage and other specialist work is inspected and quoted separately.
Safe access must be available at the booked time. Late cancellation or missed-access visits may count against included hours.
Prices assume a standard domestic property in our normal service area. Large, commercial, remote or catch-up properties receive a tailored quote.
