Recruitment Privacy Notice

This notice explains how T D Everything handles information from job applicants, apprentices, subcontractors and trade-network applicants.

Please do not send medical records, identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically and securely request what is necessary.

Information we use

We may use contact details, location, work history, qualifications, cards or registrations, portfolio material, availability, driving information, references, interview notes and right-to-work or identity evidence where required.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use information to assess suitability, communicate about work, verify experience, protect site safety, take steps towards a contract and meet legal obligations. Our bases may include pre-contract steps, legal obligation and legitimate interests in recruiting a safe, capable workforce.

Checks and sharing

Information may be shared with relevant managers, professional advisers, payroll/accounting providers, training partners or background-check services where necessary and lawful. We will explain higher-risk checks before they are carried out.

Retention

Unsuccessful applications are normally retained for up to six months after the process ends, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or the applicant agrees to join a talent pool. Talent-pool records are normally reviewed within 12 months.

Rights and contact

Applicants can ask about access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing tdeverythinguk@gmail.com. They may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
