T D Everything’s long-term aim is to help reliable people progress through real work, supervised development and suitable external training routes.
Construction needs people who can combine practical skill with safety, communication, reliability and customer care. We want to create routes from entry-level support to competent trade work and leadership.
No learner should be presented as competent for unsupervised regulated or higher-risk work before they have the required capability, training and oversight.
Where we signpost or collaborate with an external provider, the provider’s identity, status, fees, entry criteria and responsibility will be made clear.
