🛠 Apprenticeships We Offer

Our apprenticeship pathways are delivered in partnership with local training providers and accredited bodies.

1️⃣ Carpentry Apprenticeship (CITB Recognised)

Apprentices learn:

Tools & safety
Timber frame construction
First and second fix work
Doors, skirting, architraves
Kitchens & bespoke joinery
Roofing principles
On-site workflow and efficiency

2️⃣ Multi-Trade Apprenticeship

For those wanting broad trade skills including:

Carpentry
Plumbing basics
Electrical basics
Decorating
Basic tiling and plastering
On-site labouring
Working with different trades

3️⃣ Electrical & Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeships

Ideal for young workers wanting to gain practical experience before committing to a full apprenticeship route.

4️⃣ On-Site Work Experience / School Leaver Pathway

Hands-on experience for those aged 16+ looking to explore trades.

🎓 Courses & Short Programs

We are expanding our training academy to include:

Power tools introduction
Basic carpentry
Domestic plumbing fundamentals
Introduction to electrics (safe isolation, circuits)
Tiling & flooring workshops
Decorating & spraying
Site safety training
Construction career starter program

These courses will be available both in-person and online as the Training Academy grows.
