Our apprenticeship pathways are delivered in partnership with local training providers and accredited bodies.

1️⃣ Carpentry Apprenticeship (CITB Recognised)

Apprentices learn:

• Tools & safety

• Timber frame construction

• First and second fix work

• Doors, skirting, architraves

• Kitchens & bespoke joinery

• Roofing principles

• On-site workflow and efficiency

2️⃣ Multi-Trade Apprenticeship

For those wanting broad trade skills including:

• Carpentry

• Plumbing basics

• Electrical basics

• Decorating

• Basic tiling and plastering

• On-site labouring

• Working with different trades

3️⃣ Electrical & Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeships

Ideal for young workers wanting to gain practical experience before committing to a full apprenticeship route.

4️⃣ On-Site Work Experience / School Leaver Pathway

Hands-on experience for those aged 16+ looking to explore trades.
