About T D Everything

Property Services. Managed Properly.

T D Everything brings construction, repairs, maintenance, cleaning and property support together under one company — giving homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial clients one accountable point of contact for the work their property needs.

One company. Multiple property services.

Instead of making customers coordinate separate contractors for every problem, we aim to organise the agreed work through one business.

Who we are

A Devon Property Services Company Built Around Accountability

T D Everything was created to make property work easier to organise. Customers should not have to manage five different contractors simply because one project involves five different trades.

Our role

We look at the property requirement as a whole, identify the services involved, build the scope and coordinate the agreed work around the job rather than around isolated trades.

That can mean a single repair today, a bathroom renovation next month, an annual maintenance programme or ongoing cleaning and turnover support.

What we are building

The long-term aim is to build T D Everything into one of Devon's most dependable multi-service property companies: a business clients can return to whenever the next property issue, improvement or maintenance requirement appears.

The T D Everything service standard

What Clients Should Expect From Us

The service may be different from job to job, but the operating standard should remain consistent.

Report it once

Once we accept the job, the aim is for us to coordinate the agreed work rather than expecting the customer to chase individual trades.

Know what is happening

Clear communication around appointments, progress, access, delays and decisions that affect the job.

Know what you are paying for

Written quotations and defined scopes so the customer can see what is included and what sits outside the agreed work.

Right trade, right stage

Multi-trade work should be sequenced around dependencies so one trade does not create unnecessary work for another.

Changes controlled

Additional work and client changes should be separated from the original scope and agreed before progressing where possible.

Quality reviewed

Larger works should be reviewed before final handover so outstanding agreed items can be identified and closed.

Founder & director
Martin Aden

Martin leads the commercial and operational direction of T D Everything, with a focus on clear scopes, realistic scheduling, trade coordination, customer communication and building long-term property-service relationships.

The business is built around a simple belief: customers should not have to manage multiple contractors themselves just to get one property job completed.

Leadership approach

  • Understand what the client wants to achieve
  • Review property condition and access
  • Identify the trades and dependencies involved
  • Build a clear written scope
  • Allow realistic labour and material requirements
  • Sequence the work properly

Property Work Is Easier When the Services Connect

Many property jobs are not really "one-trade jobs." A bathroom can involve plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, tiling, decorating and cleaning. A rental-property turnaround may involve repairs, painting, cleaning and garden work. Our model is built around coordinating those requirements.

Responsive repairs

When Something Goes Wrong, the Client Needs a Clear Route to Get It Sorted

Typical responsive work

  • Carpentry repairs
  • Plumbing faults
  • Electrical faults and alterations
  • Doors and locks
  • Decorating damage
  • General building repairs
  • Rental-property defects
  • Follow-on cleaning

Our aim

Give the customer one route into the business, identify the trade required, understand access and urgency, then schedule the work as efficiently as availability allows.

Where one repair exposes a wider problem, the customer should be told clearly rather than the issue simply being hidden or ignored.

Planned maintenance

Don't Just Repair Properties. Maintain Them.

Reactive repairs are sometimes unavoidable, but planned maintenance can help identify deterioration earlier, spread costs more predictably and reduce last-minute disruption.

Earlier intervention Deal with deterioration before it becomes a larger repair.
Budget visibility Schedule recurring work around expected property needs.
Better presentation Keep rentals, communal spaces and commercial property maintained.
Less chasing Build an ongoing relationship with one property-services provider.

Planned maintenance can include

  • Decorating cycles
  • Garden and exterior upkeep
  • Cleaning schedules
  • Carpentry repairs
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical works
  • Tenancy-change works
  • Communal-area maintenance
  • Annual property refreshes
  • Inspection defect lists
Renovations & major projects

From Individual Rooms to Multi-Trade Refurbishments

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Strip-out, services, installation, carpentry, tiling, decorating and finishing.

Full Refurbishments

Multi-room property improvements involving several trades under one coordinated scope.

Extensions & Loft Work

Larger projects requiring structural, service and finishing trades to be coordinated in the correct sequence.

Project principle: we would rather give a realistic programme than win a job by promising a completion date that cannot reasonably be achieved.
Cleaning & property readiness

The Job Is Not Finished Until the Property Is Ready to Use

Cleaning is not treated as an unrelated side service. It is part of how a property can be maintained, turned around and presented properly.

Domestic Cleaning

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and one-off home cleaning.

Property Turnarounds

Deep cleans, end-of-tenancy, move-in and after-builders cleaning.

Managed & Commercial Cleaning

Holiday lets, offices, communal areas and recurring cleaning programmes.

Built for long-term relationships

We Don't Want to Be the Company You Use Once

A leaking tap today may become decorating next month, a bathroom next year or ongoing maintenance across an entire rental portfolio.

By understanding the property and the client over time, we can make future work easier to organise and provide a clearer route whenever the next issue appears.

Our aim is to build long-term property-service relationships rather than treat every enquiry as an isolated transaction.
