Planned social impact

Community & Future CIC

T D Everything’s long-term community vision is to connect property repairs, training and practical support for people who struggle to access safe, decent housing services.

This is a planned initiative. It is not currently presented as a registered Community Interest Company, charity, grant provider or entitlement scheme.

The problem we want to address

Low-income households, disabled residents, older owners and vulnerable tenants can struggle to organise essential repairs, understand funding routes or find coordinated support.

Our proposed model

  • Assess practical property needs
  • Help residents identify legitimate support routes
  • Coordinate funded or subsidised repairs where agreements exist
  • Create supervised training and work pathways
  • Partner with landlords, councils, charities and community organisations

What we are not promising

The website does not promise free work, benefits eligibility, grants, rehousing, regulated advice or guaranteed funding. Any programme will depend on lawful funding, governance, safeguarding and written eligibility rules.

Partnership conversations

We welcome early discussions with charities, housing organisations, local authorities, training providers, social landlords and businesses interested in a properly structured pilot.

Updates

Formal registration, governance, funding and launch details will be published only after they exist and can be evidenced.
