A clear customer journey

How We Work

From the first photographs to final handover, T D Everything keeps the scope, people, price and communication organised.

The customer deals with T D Everything as the coordinating contact. The right employees or vetted specialist subcontractors are allocated according to the work.

1. Send the essentials

Share the postcode, clear photographs, the result required, known problems, access restrictions and preferred timing. This helps us avoid wasting a visit where a remote assessment is enough.

2. Assess the job

We identify the likely trades, whether a visit is required, and any information still missing. Safety-critical or regulated work is routed appropriately.

3. Agree the scope

The written quotation explains included work, exclusions, materials, price, deposit, payment stages and realistic scheduling assumptions.

4. Coordinate delivery

We schedule the right people, manage agreed variations and keep one communication route. Customers should not instruct individual workers to add work without written approval.

5. Check and hand over

Work is reviewed against the agreed scope. Concerns should be raised promptly so we can inspect and resolve anything for which we are responsible.

Our pricing principle

We price to deliver the work safely and professionally, not to win a job with an unrealistic figure and recover margin through surprises later.
