How T D Everything works

One Project. One Point of Contact.

The value of a multi-trade company is not simply having access to several trades. It is making sure the right trade arrives at the right stage of the project.

Why this matters: badly sequenced work causes delays, repeat visits and unnecessary cost. We aim to plan dependencies before work begins so trades do not work against each other.

Project FAQs

Questions Before Starting a Project

Can T D Everything manage more than one trade?

Yes. That is one of the main reasons to use us for multi-trade work. We can coordinate relevant trades around the agreed scope.

Do I need to arrange my own electrician or plumber?

Not necessarily. Where those trades are part of the agreed project, we can coordinate them as part of the job.

Can you supply materials?

Yes, depending on the project. Quotations can include supplied materials, client-selected materials or labour-only arrangements where agreed.

Can you work from drawings or plans?

Yes. Send any drawings, specifications, measurements or product information you already have when making the enquiry.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes, subject to location, availability and whether the job can be scheduled efficiently.

Will I receive a written quotation?

Yes. The quotation should define the agreed scope, pricing basis and relevant exclusions.

Can I stay in the property while work is happening?

Often yes, but it depends on the type of work. Kitchens, bathrooms, major electrical work and larger refurbishments can affect access and services, so this should be discussed before work begins.

Do you undertake landlord and rental-property work?

Yes. We undertake maintenance, repairs, decorating, refurbishment, cleaning and tenancy-change works.

How quickly can you start?

Start dates depend on project size, current workload, trade availability and materials. We prefer to give realistic dates rather than promise an unrealistic immediate start.

How do I arrange a site visit?

Send the property postcode, photos and a description of the work by WhatsApp or email. We can then advise whether a site visit is needed.
