Sell or Introduce a Property

Property owners, agents and introducers can share suitable opportunities for a practical, confidential initial review.

Submitting information does not create an agency, fee entitlement, partnership, offer or obligation to proceed.

What we consider

Residential property where practical delivery experience may help identify improvement potential, management efficiencies, rental performance or a sensible long-term hold.

Information to send

  • Full address and asking price
  • Property type, bedrooms and tenure
  • Current occupancy and verified rent where relevant
  • Known condition, defects and required works
  • Photographs, floor plan and EPC where available
  • Reason for sale and preferred timescale
  • Whether the sender is the owner, agent or introducer

Our review

We may assess location, title information, condition, likely works, rent, finance, valuation and exit assumptions. Further due diligence may require an independent surveyor, solicitor, broker, valuer or letting agent.

Introducer arrangements

No introduction fee is due unless agreed in writing before the introduction and permitted by law. The introducer must have authority to share the information and must not misrepresent our position.

Important notice

This page is not a public investment offer. Read the Property Opportunities Notice before submitting an opportunity.
